About PUALEI
Pualei believes the most powerful transformation happens from the inside out.
Her work is centered on helping individuals reconnect with who they truly are so they can lead, communicate, and show up in the world with greater authenticity, confidence, and purpose.
Her passion for this work began long before coaching. Raised by a mother who designed and sewed beautiful clothing, Pualei developed an early appreciation for fashion as both art and self-expression. While earning her bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Communications, she modeled professionally and developed a deep interest in the ways identity, communication, and personal presence shape how we experience ourselves and connect with others. Those experiences eventually led her into entrepreneurship, where she built a successful online boutique before founding EDYNKEI, her own size-neutral boutique dedicated to helping women experience confidence beyond the number on a clothing tag.
Owning EDYNKEI, became a turning point, as clients who visited referred to Pualei’s boutique as a ‘safe space’. Through thousands of conversations in the fitting room, she realized women weren’t simply searching for clothes—they were searching for confidence, belonging, and permission to embrace themselves. It was there that she discovered her true calling: helping people see their own worth and reconnect with their intrinsic beauty.
What began as personal styling evolved into transformational coaching.
Today, Pualei combines almost twenty years of experience working with & styling women, image consulting, leadership development, and personal transformation to help leaders, executives, entrepreneurs, and high-achieving professionals align who they are on the inside with how they show up in the world. Her coaching integrates identity, mindset, emotional intelligence, executive presence, and authentic leadership to create meaningful, lasting change.
She has coached founders, executives, educators, entrepreneurs, artists, and women from every stage of life, supporting clients through career advancement, leadership development, life transitions, confidence building, and personal growth. Her corporate coaching has contributed to measurable leadership development, including guiding an executive assistant’s growth into a Vice President of Sales role through a two-year leadership coaching partnership.
Known for creating spaces where people feel deeply seen, heard, and challenged with compassion, Pualei helps clients uncover limiting beliefs, strengthen self-awareness, cultivate resilience, and lead from a place of authenticity and purpose.
She has also shared her expertise as a speaker and presenter, including participating in Utah Business Magazine’s Fashion Roundtable, where she spoke on the relationship between fashion, confidence, and personal presence.
Whether coaching one-on-one, facilitating leadership development, or speaking to audiences, Pualei’s mission remains the same: to help people become the fullest expression of themselves so they can live, lead, and make an impact with confidence, clarity, and genuine human connection.
