SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders will be processed within 48 to 72 business hours after which you will receive a confirmation email with updated tracking information. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for package to be delivered. We currently provide FREE shipping to the U.S. only. For shipping options outside of the U.S. please contact us at: support@edynkei.com. 

 

PICKUP

If you are local to Utah and would like to pick up your order in store, you are welcome to pick up your order during normal store hours. Please see our Instagram for updated hours or call us at: 801-899-2041 or email us at: support@edynkei.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request outside of normal store times.

 

RETURNING AN ITEM OR ORDER- please read carefully

*You may return your items for credit or exchange to our store location instead of shipping them back for a refund. At: 527 West State Road Suite 102 Pleasant Grove, Utah 84062.

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt at warehouse. 

In order to be eligible for a refund all items must be:

  • Received at our warehouse within 15 days of original delivery to customer.

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Have original tags attached

  • Placed in original packaging with any previous shipping labels covered. Failure to use original/like packaging will result in a reduction of your refundable amount

  • Returned using the label provided to you during the return request

  • Include a copy of your invoice

  • Please do not include items that were not previously requested, a new request must be submitted for additional items

The following items are not eligible for refund or exchange:

  • Merchandise marked 'FINAL SALE' on the invoice.

  • Items issued as a prize/gift

  • Merchandise purchased in store (must returned/exchanged in store)

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are only issued to the original payment method, or as an online store credit if requested. Orders placed with online store credit can only be refunded back to an online credit. Refunds are not credited until returned merchandise has been received and inspected for eligibility. Shipping charges are non refundable.

EDYNKEI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please keep an eye out for packages especially around the holiday season.
