Hey EDYNKEI readers!

It's freaking September and that means it's time for sweaters and cardigans. This is definitely my favorite time of year!! All the layering and freaking cute booties, and of course pumpkin everything!! Yes basic white girl over here and I don't even care! This season there are some funky trends coming back! Puffy sleeves, plaid, denim jackets, chunky fuzzy sweaters and cardigans, long jackets, and wide brim hats! These are the type of things you can expect to see in stores this season.

I personally am most excited about hats, chunky cardigans, and of course sweaters. I don’t know about you but I feel like there are so many more options of clothing and ways to wear it in the fall and winter then there are in the summer! You can do a tighter fitting turtleneck under a jumpsuit with a jacket and a wide brim hat and that would be the most adorable look! Or a chunky sweater, leggings, over the knee boots and a bold lip. The options are truly endless! In the fall and winter you can even put a light jacket under a coat or a cardigan under a coat! I find this helpful because sometimes it’s still cold in a restaurant but not cold enough for a coat , this way you don’t have to eat with a big coat on and you don’t have to freeze because you don’t want your coat to get dirty!

Accessorizing in the fall is much easier too! You could do a maroon, red, or dark plum lip with some dainty jewelry or some statement earrings. Add your favorite jacket and slick your hair into a low ponytail and there you go!

Also side note: do yourself a favor and if you haven’t tried the carmel apple spice from Starbucks get yourself one of those!
